The city of Albuquerque is chugging along into an era of sustainable responsible infrastructure slowly but surely. Past and present interest, reeducation, and collective effort is adding steam to the tank, and the pressure is building. We are now witnessing what I hope is the start of a full plunge into implementing sustainable practices state wide. What might seem like small individual projects are setting a precedent and generating discourse like never before. 

We would like to highlight some projects, resources, and information recently implemented in the area, and some encouragement for those looking to play a part in advancing local projects and education.  

Arid LID Coalition

The arid LID is a local coalition of professionals ans peoples interested in encouraging the implementation of Green Stormwater Infrastucture and Low Impact Developments in the Greater Southwest.
