Part-time $18/hr | Full-time $41,000/yr 

We are looking for a graduating student to become part of our design team, building residential greywater irrigation and rainwater harvesting systems that save water, protect the environment, and grow beautiful and sustainable gardens. 

Responsibilities include 

• Document client requirements
• Draft water system designs and landscapes
• Assist with workshops and educational outreach
• Publish blog articles, success stories

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or graduating in 2026 from Architecture, Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, Hydrology, Water Studies, or related discipline.
• Ability to work all day outdoors as needed
• Must work well within a small team
• Must live somewhat close to 87008
• Must care deeply about the environment and sustainability

Greywater/ Rainwater Systems Installer

Part-Time or Full-Time 24-40 hrs/wk

$16-$20+/hour based on experience level

Do you want to learn new skills and get paid doing something good for the earth? 

We are looking for men and women to become part of our installation team, building residential greywater irrigation and rainwater harvesting systems. Responsibilities include all aspects of residential plumbing, irrigation and general construction, as well as digging/trenching, operating tools and equipment, gardening, and landscape work. The work is usually outdoors or in crawl spaces, usually in 2-5 person crews. 

Requirements:

• Experience with light construction
• Plumbing experience desired
• Ability to work all day outdoors, in a crawl space, or digging trenches/hauling mulch as needed
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record, ability to back a trailer
• Must work well within a small team
• Must live somewhat close to 87008
• Must care about the environment and sustainability

Responsibilities will include installing potable water filtration systems, backup water lines, diverting drain pipes to greywater, and similar. 

Requirements:

• Experience with light construction & residential plumbing 
• Ability to work all day outdoors or in a crawl space as needed

• Must work well within a small team
